Do you take clients via the UK 'Access to Work' scheme?

Yes, absolutely!

If ADHD or AuDHD creates challenges that affect your ability to do your job, you may be able to get funding for workplace support. ADHD and autism are specifically recognised by Access to Work and you do not necessarily need a formal diagnosis to apply.

I provide 1-to-1 ADHD/AuDHD workplace coaching, focusing on practical coping strategies such as:

  • planning, prioritising and organisation

  • task initiation and time management

  • concentration and working memory

  • managing workload and overwhelm

  • emotional regulation

  • workplace communication

  • developing effective and sustainable working strategies

As UK Government guidance and eligibility criteria can change, please visit the official UK Government website: https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work for the latest advice.

Why should I choose you as a coach?

Being personally diagnosed with Autism and combined-type ADHD, I understand first-hand how neurodivergence can affect focus, organisation, motivation, confidence, communication and everyday life.

As a certified ADHD/AuDHD coach, I combine professional training with lived experience to provide a practical, understanding and non-judgemental approach. I won't tell you to simply ‘try harder’. Instead, I will help you understand how your brain works; identify what may be getting in your way and show you how strategies that I have developed can work with your neurodivergence rather than against it.

I am fully insured, DBS checked and committed to my own professional development... ensuring that I provide a safe, confidential and supportive environment which allows you to build confidence and achieve your goals.
